Personally, the hotel rooms were big and offered good storage space, but they definitely need some paint and a bit of tender loving care. The service wasn't very helpful when I asked for directions multiple times, but overall, they were friendly and pleasant. The location, although far from the center and in an area considered unsafe, might suit those with late-night flights or wanting to split their stay between different parts of Porto. The dining experience was perfect with a great variety of options, and the facilities were decent without many extras.
